Starbucks - Inman

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! They had to remake my drink twice because I ask for no whip cream and peppermint in my drink BOTH TIMES it had whip cream and the first time it had no peppermint, so I ask to remake a 3ed time and they said they where low on mocha. I left and went to the Starbuck infront of Walmart.

Compleatly Overated! I have gotten THE NASTIEST drinks my sweet daughter bought us from a gift card. Being our first time we asked for suggestions and yuck! She trashed it walking out the door lol. I played safe with mocha frappe Maybe. Was fun to laugh about

As far as I knew, Starbucks was a brand all about inclusivity and working with those who have disabilities, physical or otherwise. Apparently the employees that were hired weren 't informed of the Culture and Values that Starbucks upholds. I notice that the only other two reviews on this sight are from 2020 and 2021, and I think the issue might have to do with the fact that your employees don 't care about the place they work at, the people they serve, or the people they work with. Edit: Tentitive 3 stars as the above situation is now mostly handled.

I walked in to get coffee. And I stood at the counter for 5 mins before any greeted me.. I was the only customer. 3 young ladies was on shift at the time one was busy the other 2 just looked at me and turn around. Everything I wanted was sold out. I hope the color of my skin had nothing to do with it. But that location needs more diversity. I travel north all the time I will never stop at that location ever again.

Good service and remembering what people order is all part of a great Starbucks store. Those are the ones I come back to.
