Restaurant bewerten12pm and they have no white rice and no corn tortillas.. I do appreciate they were patient with my requests even after they had moved on to the next customer. But lunchtime and no white rice and no corn tortillas? Had to ask for corn chips because I wasn't offered any alternative just told there's no corn tortillas even though I had paid for the meal already.. I'd skip this location. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
Don't order pick-up at this location. Even if you schedule a pick-up time, they will not adhere to the scheduled appointment. They will prioritize the in-store purchases. My friend went to pick up the order and tried to stand in line to see if they would make time for our order that we scheduled 20 minutes beforehand but they would not. Doesn't make much sense... and our groceries were in the car and I already paid online so I couldn't cancel the order. I go to other Chipotle locations and scheduling pick-up orders have never been an issue. I don't mind waiting up to 15 minutes after a scheduled time but my friend waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time. It took them 50 minutes to make 2 burritos. Not sure why they couldn't make ours if we also waited in line at the store too (which we shouldn't have to). Anyways, if you order from this location then just go in person. Maybe my pick-up experience wasn't the norm but I'm not risking it again.
Ordered food online. Order should be ready by 11:10 AM and I wait 10 minutes to pickup my order I didn't request to add lettuce in my order but the bottom of my plate was full of lettuce and the drink taste like they did not clean the drink machine no ice this morning around 11:10 am
I came to this location at 9:35pm well aware that they close at 10pm. There were 3 guests in front of me so I waited in line. When the employee came back to the front he stated that they were out of chicken, steak, veggies, and chips. The remaining items looked lackluster. It’s very disappointing that I wasn’t able to place my order due to lack of ingredients. If the business closes at 10pm there should be no reason why the few items that they carry can’t be stocked. I saw 2 customers leave because of this. Seems like pure laziness on the workers behalf. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.
As I stand here in the front of the line waiting for someone to stop pretending that I'm not here and give me my online takeout order that sits on a table by the register not even 3 feet from me receipt facing them I write this review. Out of all the Chipotle's I've been to this has the perfect mixture of ingredients that I like, and they are always fresh, probably because it is a high volume restaurant. But they are so far beyond terrible at multitasking. I am not impatient person, but there is literally one bag there and I know it's mine. I waited far longer than the allotted time the website gave me to even go into the restaurant. Literally no one has asked the simple question, or even looked my direction. I come here almost every day and online order neglect is not new to this location which is crazy. Do better with your online orders Chipotle. There has literally been days I've stood here and 5 online order people just piled up, waiting around. Table full of online takeout orders. Wow.
