Burger King - Hampton

Couple things. I place a pick up order and selected to the drive thru option. When I arrived I was told to enter restaurant. Second thing is I had coupon for free whopper that comes with a combo item, combo side and a whopper. I tried to explain this to the cashier and showed her it on my phone but was dismissed. I don't argue with people who is making my food so I just said okay.

They make you stop before the window so I guess they can trick the timer. There's something always wrong with my order and I never use my debit card here. My card declined while I was at home watching TV...

Give zero star I would’ve give zero star to you guys Customer service was so bad that I throw my food in the trash…. No Trust to eat my own food after the services.

The ghetto- door dashing, told not to pull to the window, out of Whoppers! no nuggets, customer substituted chicken fries, employee said couldn’t give sauce out after 9pm.

Horrible customer. Very ghetto. After taking our order they held the line up for 15 minutes because apparently they were switching shifts at 11am and they didn’t have any food. Unbelievable. I will not be back.
