La Escondida - Friendswood

Try the shrimp brochette on the lunch special ...and then take a nap. Makes for a great afternoon

Went for breakfast. It was our first time dining at LA Escondida. We really enjoyed it. We will be back again for sure.

Our waiter basically just brought the food and left us with a bunch of dirty dishes for the rest of our stay. I had to ask him to clean our table so we could be more comfortable and he did it (not happily) but still left a bunch of stuff shown in the picture until we actually left. Mind you he came and dropped the check, came to pick it back up knowing there was trash and napkins on our table. It was really clear he wanted us to go where we could have still kept consuming desert, coffee or drinks

We had the special which was a fish dinner. Cod served with rice and salad. Very good!! The cod had a poblano sauce that was excellent!! Thank you, Mayo, for your help, suggestion and service!! Delicious!!

Best Mexican restaurant in the area by far. The inside is clean, staff is friendly and fast. But most of all, food is delicious! Will definitely be eating here again!
