Little Caesars Pizza - Cypress

Slow service at the drive thru but it was close to closing time so that's understandable. Food was still warm and delicious!

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was completely wrong the other had half with no sauce for no reason at all. Tried to call place to see about getting the correct pizzas ordered so I can pick them up but no answer after 15 minutes on hold.I resorted in ordering another pizza for delivery because I have a household full of kids and had to spend twice the amount for one pizza because I couldn’t get this resolved without driving back up there to talk to someone to get replacement pizzas which would have taken 10 minutes to drive back and 20+ minutes to get pizzas.I hate that this can’t be corrected more easily and I hate myself even more for keep coming back.

Refused to make pizza, employees are obviously miserable

Won't answer the phone. Cancel orders made online without explanation. Worst service ever. Stay far
