Restaurant bewertenThe restaurant is your typical KFC. It's usually not very busy, but I've found that the staff often seems short-handed, which is why I'm giving it a rating of 3. I've been there several times, and I've had to wait an average of 5 to 10 minutes before someone comes to take my order.
The order was incorrect, and although the staff were hurried, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. I opted for delivery and waited 15 minutes before placing my order, despite being second in line. The delays were frustrating, as they didn't seem to care about fulfilling the orders correctly, and my meal wasn't even complete. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
This fast food restaurant exceeded my expectations. I don't visit KFC very often, but my recent experience was definitely better than my last visit. I have no complaints about the food; it was served quickly, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized.
The employees are extremely rude with terrible customer service skills. the quality of food was bad and even with a simple order they still managed to get it wrong. that must be the worse KFC camp in coventry. the tables in the restaurant were dirty and we had to ask the staff to clean the table, and the staff finally came. they prefer to go to an SFC shop that appreciates the custom and get the order right and the quality of the food is actually better.
Wasn't that busy when we went in. Maybe two tables used and a few in the drive through. We queued up for the machine and a friend queued up for the cashier as he had no card, only cash. One of the machines was broken leaving only one to make orders on. The cashier then let people queue and said sorry were too busy to take orders here which effectively meant my friend couldn't order. And there were no signs to indicate this. So my friend queued for half an hour for no reason and then couldn't even order food! We then waited between 30 mins and an hour for our different orders. When our number appeared on the screen we'd walk up to collect the item had moved to finished and the server said ok I'll go prepare your meal now. Which seemed like a way to just avoid bad metrics going to management. Speaking of which, the manager was sat at the back on his computer which you could clearly see from the counters. You'd expect if the staff were struggling he'd jump on to help instead of leaving them to struggle! When they finally arrived some burgers were wrong and some items were missing which were supposed to come with the meal. Lastly when we tried to leave the half empty restaurant. The doors had been locked! It was around 7 8pm . After we tried the doors all staff ignored us and let us struggle. We ended up having to leave through the emergency fire door or risk being stuck at KFC all night Was a poor experience and won't be back. Management needs work and you can't blame it on lack of staff.
