Subway - Cedar Rapids

I had lunch at this restaurant about a week ago with my kids and grandkids. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, and the tables were cleared promptly. The staff had a positive attitude, and overall, it was a great experience. This is now my go-to place whenever I'm in the area!

Fresh eating! This is the only place in Cedar Rapids with a drive-thru! I really enjoyed my experience here. It took a few minutes, but the staff were friendly and my order was accurate. It was quite busy and seemed a bit understaffed, so I commend the workers who were there. Don't forget to be a kind customer and person as well.

While traveling with our five children, we have been eating at Subway almost every day. This particular location is by far the best we have encountered. We placed our order on the app about 7 minutes before arriving and it was ready for us despite the busy crowd. The staff efficiently moved through a long line, impressing us with their speed and friendliness. It was evident that they cared about providing quick and efficient service. Additionally, someone was seen cleaning tables during the busy lunch rush, a rare sight in restaurants.

There are not enough staff members at this restaurant. The service is exceptionally slow, but the employees are putting in a lot of effort. Unfortunately, they ran out of peppers for my Philly cheese steak, which is a crucial ingredient for this sandwich.
