Hungry Jack's Burgers Cannon Hill

This Hungry Jack used to be so good, but lately been extremely disappointing. It is stated to be a open 24 hours but now they don 't accept early mornings orders (for late night shift workers and early morning shifts workers) even if you place a order via the Hungry Jack App. The staff members used the excuse of the system being down, even when going through the drivethru they asked Hi, what would you like to order? , after telling them the order number they reject the order. Another excuse they used is saying they will only accept delivery orders, when there isn 't much of a difference between ordering through the app/drivethru and delivery, we were willing to wait for our order even if it takes 15-20mins but the employees didn 't want to take the order. This place used to be my joy and happiness after working long 10 hours shifts, but now the staffs there are just lazy to do their jobs even when this fast food restaurant is 24 hours, like what 's the point of being open 24 hours when you can 't order and get your food whenever you want at anytime during the day. This might be one of the reason why there isn 't that many Hungry Jack stores anymore, since it isn 't like Maccas if it is stated open 24 hours, they actually operate, cook food and take orders. Overall, extremely disappointing and sad.

Told to park in the main parking lot as the drive thru waiting bays were full saw 2 cars the 2 that were parked all receive their orders leave so I went inside and mine was only just getting prepared. All I ordered was 1 kids meal, 1 burger, 2 drinks a storm. To top it off, when I got my order it wasn’t even complete.

Good to have a new place to get chips and a burger! I'm not a great one for going to francises like this but when visiting girlfriend and her kids, then you just have to go along with the crowd. Have only been through drive through but seems typical. The turning can be a little tight especially for a large car which everyone seems to drive these days. Service seems a bit haphazard. Had a girl who was a bit short with us last night but at next window the young girl was very nice. I will be going here on and off in the future as the kids like it and are happy!

I ordered Uber eats and I didn’t get a straw with my drink, my chips and onion rings where stale plus my burger wasn’t even made properly

How many times do I need to repeat myself, apparently 5 times to still get the order wrong. If I was running this business there would be some massive changes whole new staff and actually put some of their mutli-million dollar a year profit into training and proficiency. The only reason i decided to eat here was because MacDonald’s was running a “system update” and I regret that I probably should have waited the half an hour to eat there, maybe some satisfaction would come then.
