Pure Asia - Bournemouth

After experiencing a family tragedy, we were not able to cook and decided to order takeout. We placed our order and waited patiently, only to be told after a few minutes that there was a delay due to an issue with a previous delivery. I expressed my concerns about the food getting cold, but was assured it would only be a few more minutes. After multiple calls and promises of a short wait, the driver finally arrived (more than an hour after the order was placed). Unfortunately, the food was not as warm as I had hoped, as it had been in the driver's car for so long. The driver handed it over without any apology. I am extremely disappointed with the late delivery on a Sunday evening, as well as the lack of communication and professionalism from both the restaurant and the driver. I will not be ordering from this establishment again and will not recommend it to others.

Avoid this restaurant, the food is awful. I can't believe they are getting away with serving such poor quality to customers. I will not be returning.
