The reservation system at this restaurant is very poor. It is difficult to get through to them on the phone, and many people have experienced issues with booking a table.

Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was not pleasant. The captain's behavior at the entrance was rude, which deterred us from dining there. I had made a reservation for lunch earlier in the day, but upon arrival, my reservation was not found. My family and I ended up waiting for a long time at the chicken kitchen area, which did not meet health and safety standards. I later found out that a public post had been made by someone named Sancher about the mismanagement at the restaurant, which was being shared among everyone.
