This restaurant is conveniently situated near the 15 freeway, just off the Lenwood Road exit by the Arco gas station, and features a drive-thru. During my recent road trip, I had a craving for a shake and decided to stop here. I had a fantastic experience at this location. I ordered a strawberry shake, and it was absolutely delicious—just what I needed on a hot day. I'd like to give a shout-out to Rosa, who was both friendly and efficient. Despite a sudden influx of customers, Rosa and her colleague managed the busy rush exceptionally well.

I ordered a strawberry shake, and it was absolutely delicious—just what I needed on a hot day. I also want to give a shout-out to Rosa; she was very friendly and efficient. Although several customers walked in at the same time and made the place quite busy, Rosa and her female colleague managed the rush exceptionally well.

I experienced very rude service during my visit. The staff was argumentative and even threw my change on the counter. My order was incorrect as well. I would advise against going there unless you’re prepared to deal with unfriendly staff. Terrible service overall!

Every employee here will give you the worst attitude. They act as if customers are not worth there time. Working a minimum wage job you would think that would give them some insight on what kind of people they actually are. Talking **** behind a customers back as they walk out is wrong and unacceptable. I would never recommend this company or store to anyone. Let these people drown in there sorrow and pitty and hold up signs with the rest of the town. P.S. they never have cookies and cream.

Excellent quick service. This Baskin Robin's is a drive through.
