It's a cozy place with friendly cashiers, and I often stop by to order shawarma. However, after encountering dry potatoes inside a few times, I called customer support. They said a manager would get in touch with me, but I'm still waiting. I had to address the issue directly with the shawarma makers myself.

I ordered a shawarma in the morning. The meat was clearly not fresh, dry, and hard to chew. The filling was good and everything else seemed fresh, but the main thing—the meat—was in terrible condition. It's better not to go in the morning.

The staff's attention to detail is non-existent. I requested a shawarma without onions, but they made it with onions, and not even with the Crimean onions as stated in the menu, but with regular ones. This is already the second mistake I've encountered at the branch on Entuziastov 30b this month.
