Harbour Fish Chips - Avoch

I honestly ignore less than positive reviews. sometimes people are only atmospheric or random to have a bad day; we feel for them the personal was friendly, professional helpful (incl give me information about an independent matter). I had to wait a few minutes, but not long, the chicks were cool, which had to eat that vibrating fresh boiled hit. I had chips, panco-coated scalopps, homemade garlic sauce homemade chili sauce. the parts were bigger. I sat with a look at the bay, and I enjoyed every moment thoroughly. the chips were juicy, the scallops ultra fresh and perfectly spiced, the sauces very tasty and a perfect accompaniment to an excellent meal. actually a little surprised that no one mentions the chili sauce. the man was very happy to discover, it was warm [physically hot] and freshly made in the house with carefully selected tomats, as well as with a distinctive, balanced taste. one of these times when everything comes together perfectly, gracias.

Was not the worst thing I had, but this fish and the chips imo were up there with the worst thing I had in Scotland, was a big fish that was even ok, but thinner than the battery coating. chips were quite little and were more like the last couple they ended at the bottom of the tablet once (and it happens that this was my favorite bit). think they should increase the bar a good piece, and then could take some more away than just dolfins

Beautiful chippy in a beautiful location. they only accept the card, but there is a point money on the street. curry sauce was amazing! definitely recommend

Large fish and chips. more reasonable price. the personal was great. they break up early, I think, 8.30. big place sitting and eating around the back next to the croscot.

Pretty good chips, large portion and reasonably price so good value for money. White Pudding was deep fried well and crispy on outside and succulent inside. I couldn't in all good conscience give 5 stars tho because I've been to award winning chippies and there is a difference. I would definitely recommend this one tho, it's definitely best option for a takeaway in the area.
