みらく - 松伏町

I have been curious about this restaurant for a while because of the sign, so I finally decided to go. They have parking space for 4-5 cars in front of the restaurant. I ordered the pork cutlet set meal. The meat was tender, and the cabbage had a small amount of shiso mixed in, which was a delicious surprise. I will try to replicate it at home.

Miraku in Matsufushi is a delicious tonkatsu restaurant. Today, I ordered the shrimp curry and was delighted with the three pieces of shrimp fry. Not only was the tonkatsu delicious, but the homemade demi-glace sauce was also amazing. The spaghetti with meat sauce was also excellent. The daily lunch specials are popular and hearty. This old-fashioned Western-style restaurant had a tonkatsu set meal on March 10th, which was delicious with a generous portion of rice.

I had omurice. It had a strong flavor, not the diluted ketchup often found in large servings. The omelette was perfectly soft, and the Demi-glace sauce was amazing! It had a properly bitter and flavorful Demi-glace sauce! The bell peppers in the dish were assertive, not just chicken but also pork belly! It was a bit disappointing that there was only a small amount of sauce, which is why I'm deducting a star, but overall it's still a five-star dish because everything else was outstanding!

ジャンボとんかつ定食（1850円）食べました。 カツの大きさ全然ジャンボじゃないじゃん、と思ったら分厚いのなんの。なのに肉はとても柔らかくて美味しかった。
