Starbucks - York

Since my last review, I can honestly say that there was a decrease of the standards of the facility and the cleanliness there is only one toilet now available for the use of women disabled people and baby changes consumeable! bechers are left on the tables that the customers were cleaning and disposing of! the ice machine was still broken so that no oced beverage orders were wrong and were left waiting for drinks and eating to arrive with one or the other in front of the other! here too, people complained about the general norm of cleaning and could not sit as they had originally planned! I am sorry that the workers who took the bretagne of the customer complaints, but did not seem in the position to do something about the situation again, no clean tassen only withdrawal box containers were in use! worse standard of a company like dieucks, whose only saving gnad was the coffee! as they can see tassen on dirty four tables and around the

A nice building inside, but the service was so slow Average Coffee which is quite expensive. Toilets were awful, dirty and smelly. Central to city area

Lovely quick service, the staff are always friendly and chatty. Only thing I would change is more comfy seats as they’re always taken, apart from that no complaints, Keep up the good work guys.

It took the 2 staff members behind the counter a couple of minutes to notice I was waiting to be served. I asked for a large peach iced tea and it honestly took about 5 minutes to make this 1 drink. The staff didn’t seem...very well organised or knew what they were doing. My wife used the toilets which were very dirty and showed little evidence of being cleaned. The drink was nice though

Service very slow, toilets were terrible, only 1 available, no toilet seat and our 12-year-old grand said: "the toilet is disgusting, worse I have ever needed." will not return.
