It’s sad you can’t get fresh Chicken and food at drive thru and then toss my food on the counter and what’s going on with the red beans and rice ,it’s more refried or dried beans ,come on Popeyes do better with your costumer’s and your choice of staff ,stop selling old chicken sitting under lamp,

The cashier could barely speak english.and it has to be illegal for the entire staff to be mexican

I went to your establishment and waited patiently in the drive thru waiting to make it to the speaker. After 25 minutes I ordered through the app. I then waited the time notified in the app and went in to pick up my order. When I arrived the young staff were playing and not filling orders. I had to request that my order be made. As a secret shopper this unacceptable and causing your establishment money. I order one crispy chicken sandwich combo and one blackened chicken sandwich combo… Order was wrong. Two crispy chicken sandwiches. I’ve came before and they gave me half cook chicken because they were swamped.

The standards of this place has really fallen. The light skin curly haired guy playing cashier seems like he has 2 brain cells. One being he slabbing his pants, touching his stomach after while handling people's food. I had to come back because I paid for a large red beans and rice but was only given a regular. I told the guy that to his face and he still screwed up the order. And then when he gave it to me 10 minutes later, he was acting so suspicious I swear he did something to the food. Wouldn't you think so after he questions you then tries to fist bump you after touching over his body while handling your food? So after bringing the food home, I noticed the red beans he gave me smelled quite different from the original small red beans they gave me. I swear this child pisses in my food. And I was professional with him, never raised my voice only expressed my concern over the wrong order. Never coming back!!

We were fortunate to receive a fresh batch of chicken and biscuits!!!! The youth were happy.
