Das Restaurant war halb leer und die unhöfliche Gastgeberin schob uns an einen hohen Stehtisch zwischen einer Tankstelle und der Küchentür. Nach einer anderen Person als der Gastgeberin wurden sie an einen normalen Tisch gebracht. Das Personal war entweder überfordert oder nur schrecklich geschult. Der Service dauerte ewig, die Bestellungen waren falsch und die Musik war unnötig laut. BBQ Brisket schmeckte, als wäre es mit einem Holzhammer geschlagen und in flüssigem Rauch getränkt worden. Das einzig gute, was ich über diesen Ort sagen kann, ist, dass die Zwiebelringe unglaublich waren.

Didn't know what to expect. I walked in and saw nice tables with white tablecloths and full silver service. The hostess asked if I have a reservation, I did not. I thought I was going to be turned away since the restaurant looked busy, but they seated me. I took one look at the menu and knew what I wanted. Eggs Benedict, I haven't had that in forever. The server, Steven was prompt. I ordered my coffee and entree. The coffee was very good, the entree was delicious. I would have liked a little more hollandaise source but it was fine. The prices are a little high on some items. I also asked to see the dinner menu, some very nice looking options that aren't outrageously priced, but then have others that are approaching $40. This would be a good date restaurant to impress someone. Reservations are highly suggested by my waiter.

First time at Verona as we only visit TXK every few years. We were super impressed. We shared the biscuits and gravy (and I regret not taking the leftovers to go). It was fantastic. Not your typical B&G. I had the French toast and my husband had the shrimp and polenta. We each loved our meals. Our waiter was super friendly and just the right amount of attentive. We will definitely be back!

We had the tiramisu for dessert and it was one of the best I ever had. The next time I’m in the area I will be sure to dine here again.
