Wendy's - South Bend

Order in app (because we have a large family and it is easier) waits 20 minutes in the thru running gear to get to the microphone to tell them that they need to wait a minute before I can order. (no autos from me to the window.) acquires the permission to speak and says order was online. is said that we drag past windows because the $70 is and we don't have it. one of the children goes into the rr. the doors are closed, but there is a woman with children in the dining room hanging out. it is as if they take one order at a time and wait until it served to take another order. finally eat. 'our ice machine is broken so we don't have an ice ' all sandwiches have been done wrong. they also gave us 4 straws for 7 drinks. they went back in and closed the door so there was not much we could do. it's not even worth calling because the manager gave us that.

Mobile order should be better. that's the third time they screwed up my order. this time, my sandwich wasn't even in the bag! I looked like the luck. then it went back to get it and it wasn't the right sandwich. so frustrating.

That was a great wendy’s until the current manager took over. eating is either fat or cold..drive only thru. rarely get a reception..rude staff. Help? we all learn to use their help efficiently. or get down. you are a restaurant that is a ridiculous chaos.

Simply ordered an apple/pecan salad and returned to work to eat. great disappointment! the salad/spinch was all soggy/alt and very fies. the apples in the salad were all smashed, not edible! I will not order this again, nor will I invite you to visit it again.

If I am really being honest, I do not like Wendy's at all. My sister worked there for only 3 days, but the things she experienced with the employees and managers was terrible. The employees don't wear gloves when preparing food and are very disrespectful towards fellow employees. My sister called this morning to quit, and her manager was very rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend somebody call in a health inspector to check things out over there.
