Starbucks - Sherbrooke

I don't know if it's like this everywhere but Starbucks in sherbrooke is known for it's amazing customer service! I got coffee at 6am today and you could tell, despite being tired, the barista was in a great mood! :

I love this place, the staff is always super friendly and they’re trying their best. I order from them on Uber often and I always make sure to leave them notes. They work hard and all the comments on here getting mad at them for staffing issues as if it’s their fault should just take a walk. Not once of all my Uber orders have they made a mistake, unlike a lot of Uber restaurants. My one and only hiccup is that they’re not open on Uber these days

Very bad service behind the wheel, wait 20min for my drink! Hire more staff please! and when it is delivered they give me the opposite of what I asked for! Is it so difficult to read what the client asks for? I asked for a frapuccino without coffee with chocolate chips and they gave it to me with caramel and a cookie !!!!

Wouldn't want to get my coffee and drinks anywhere else! More-than-excellent service, everytime I go! No complaint whatsoever.

Starbucks has wonderful customer service no matter where you are. But our quick visit at this location was simply perfect. Customer service was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They recommended some good options to my friend that doesn't really drink coffee. For me, they made my drink perfect! We will return on our next visit to Sherbrooke!
