Mcdonald's - Reno

We visited this McDonald's and had to choose between two ordering spots. We opted for the payment line, as the other line had three or more cars ahead of us. After finally placing our order, we noticed that the car behind us tried to cut in front of us for a Chicken Sandwich. As we pulled up to the drive-thru window, we were told to wait to receive our meal.

When ordering a crispy chicken with additional pickles, they expect to add more of the crinkle cuts. they added the standard that are terrible in comparison. that's not a mistake, it's intentional. they are in different container on the line, I can't eat anywhere that is targeted my order making wrong.

Written a review before a da over the line in the drive thru during the evening hours (10 o'clock to 4 o'clock.) I must say that when I left last night I was pleasantly surprised! it only took approx. 15 minutes to get through the line, it was not just cash, and nothing was broken or not available! I hope that this change is not only temporary because I have stopped coming because of the hour and waiting time to be in touch, only to find out that they only accept cash and they must stay in the line because they are already in the order window. I'm sure I'm not the only one who stopped coming. I just wanted to write a review and say that I am grateful to see the change and hope it will stay.

I ordered a double Cheeseburger level and they gave me my order I drove. when I went to the burger, it tasted strange and I looked at it and blood ran out of it. I went back and they made me a new one and gave me a smoothie to compensate, but everyone should know the difference between a boiled burger from a burger who is just raw with the spatel.

One of the few McDonald's still open 2hrs. Rarely makes mistakes. I think in 5 years, they've made 1 mistake, and they were quick to fix it, even offered me some free fries for the wait. Between my roommate, my daughter, and myself.. we won't eat a burger the way it comes from anywhere. I won't eat mustard or ketchup, my daughter won't eat onions, and my roommate won't eat pickles. The one mistake they did make, everything was still made right, they just forgot an item.
