A small, simple yet lovingly furnished train station restaurant. For those who enjoy spicier food, this is the place to be. Simple but tasty Thai cuisine, very friendly service. A casual place for a quick meal. Discovered the best Thai restaurant inconspicuously located on the platform - if I could give it 6 stars, I would - a hodgepodge of a garden space but the food and beer selection are top notch!! Will definitely be returning. After a customer appointment, we found this charming little restaurant. After some initial difficulties, it was clear that it had to be at platform 2. The food is truly perfect - I lack the words to describe how superb it is! If you're in the mood for really good Thai cuisine, Bangkok Station is the place to go. Easily accessible by train from Vienna. It's worth making a reservation, as the restaurant is not very large and is usually quite busy. The ladies at Bangkok Station run their restaurant with effortless ease. The place is rustic, perfect for take away, with the train literally passing through the restaurant, making it authentic. Inexpensive and almost exotic but also very simple and authentically Asian. The food is superb and spicy! During our return from a trip to Vienna, we stumbled upon this little restaurant and were thoroughly impressed. The ingredients were fresh, the service quick and friendly, and the papaya salad was a delight (but not for the faint of heart!). Meo cooks everything fresh, even the spring rolls are homemade, where else can you find that? Small but cozy since in March you can't sit in the garden - we will gladly return! Friendly service, fresh ingredients, also available for takeaway. You can call from the train and Meo will bring the food to your compartment if you don't get off at Tullnerbach-Pressbaum. Meo cooks fresh and authentic Thai food in her small train station restaurant; fresh spring rolls are being made at the nearby table; very nice and friendly, just remember to air out your clothes after the visit... and all at low prices!.
