El Mariachi Mexican Grill - Oxford

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Oxford! They have some of the best quesabirria. I recently tried their birria burrito and it was delicious. Their margarita flight is also pretty good too. Definitely recommend!

I have spent money at this restaurant for many years. I am also a DoorDash or part time and this incident occurred on today, August 16, 2024 when I went into their establishment to pick up a simple DoorDash order. Now I have never had a problem with any of the employees here until today when I was accused of stealing a DoorDash order because I did not hit confirm on it before leaving out of the restaurant. Now I have NEVER been asked to do this prior to now, and I do understand that they may have new rules that they should follow when addressing DoorDash delivery drivers, but is a way to speak and to treat people, and whoever that is, that’s at the front of the counter with glasses, I did not catch their name, but they need to do better with their customer service skills. Because how I was spoken to is not right or fair on any level when I am a paying customer as well as a DoorDash driver to their establishment. I did speak with the manager. They did not understand what I was calling about until I said who I was and that I had just left a few minutes prior. They said very nonchalant like they aren’t going to do anything about it so I’m creating this review to raise awareness for other door dashers.

Service, food and drinks were all very good and reasonable priced.
