Kfc - Ogden

The employees were very rude and didn't know what they were doing, none of them were wearing the correct uniform, none of them had their hair pulled back, I was overcharged and then was shorted food, this was by far my worst visit at a KFC business, when ordering they acted like I was an inconvenience to them and when I got to the window and I heard the total I asked them to go over the order with me because the total didn't sound right they very rudely told me that they would give me a receipt, … – show

I went to this restaurant for take out/drive through I was rushed while ordering and they about threw my food out of the window. I felt rushed and normally always check my food before I leave I just trusted they would make sure it's right. When I finally got home I was highly disappointed to find food missing fries rock hard biscuits rock hard unedable. And Mac and cheese taste sour. I have been to this location several times, they never have extra crispy or grilled. I decided to give it one last try, big mistake! Again they only had regular chicken, it was soggy and broken pieces. Customer service was the worst the 5 min I was there. Oh and thanks for the free warm FLAT Pepsi! Over $30 for 12 piece, never going back

It was excellent food and service today! I ordered the 2 piece drum and thigh meal. The chicken was fresh and hot! Everything was great! A

They don't take order 15 minute to closing they just expect you to leave since they don't answer
