Moe's Southwest Grill - Mobile

Moe’s worst I have ever been with. only the reason why they get a star is because the salsa and the drink were decent. the hired look anxious, even a single complete **** of everything they get as if gott himself said, he will fall them when they do. a woman in front of me had put the wrong flesh in her bowl and the girl literally took only her hands and dug into the bowl and took the bun out and put it back in the container. the chips they give hardly cover the bottom of the bag and I asked for extra because there are two people eating them and the girl looked confused and anxiety, then it turned around the manager and asked what should they do.

Roach Restaurant! No kidding, was eating with my family when we spotted a roach crawling right next to our booth! Probably had been crawling under our table the whole time. Super gross! When we told a worker about it, she ran over to a table where the manager was sitting. They did absolutely nothing. So I yelled, hey man you got a roach here . He begrudgingly walked over and squash it and asked Is that it? like we were making a big deal over one roach. **** him! And **** this Moes! It 's a general rule that where there are one roach, there are many. The manager didn 't apologize or anything. I 've been to many many Moes and this one does not uphold their name very well. In addition to the roach, (if that wasn 't enough) the chips I got were stale af and the steak I had was cold af. All of the staff, including the manager were sitting at a table together just talking and looking at their phones. When a customer came in, one of them would lackadaisically walk back behind the counter and actually do their job. I noticed as well that they didn 't have their health score up on the wall. I think I know why.

I wanted a burrito combo, but the cashier totaled everything separately. Charging me $3 for a drink $5 for queso, $8 for my burrito. Ridiculous. Eating out these days is no longer enjoyable expensive for no good reason.

Food at this location is always good but sometimes they skimp on the scoops of meat

Great food big portions. My friend and I shared a homewreaker burrito.
