Jack In The Box - Hillsboro

A good place to eat but its not what it use to be back then.

I’ve been to this one and several others. Food is served cold and hash browns are refried, hard and cold. Service is slow, especially this one. I waited more than 5 minutes at the window for food.

Worst Jack in the box I have been too. They seemed confused. I had to repeat myself several times. I wanted 3 hamburger patties. For my puppies. They said they had to ask the manager if they had just the patties. At the widow I ask for salt, pepper utensils. They said they had no salt. I was told they put the utensils in the bag. But they didn’t put them in the bag. I asked for my soda-no ice. They put ice in it anyway. When I said something. They did not care it was wrong. I will never go here again with the attitude of the staff.

Person taking orders at drive thru didn't speak any english AT ALL. Had to hope google translate was accurate. Was told the shake machine had already been cleaned so no shakes, okay fine. Asked for Coke, they don't have it. Oookayyy two cherry Cokes please. Got one cherry Coke and a Dr Pepp. Food was alright but I swear portion sizes are getting smaller while prices continue to inflate. Horribly unimpressed, even for fast food.

Jack in the box is always a great place to have something to eat. This particular location is mostly used as a drive through. So most likely if you decide to eat Inside there is a high chance of nobody else eating inside the establishment. Although the food is good it is starting to get a little expensive, if you are going out to eat with your family be prepare to drop at least $10 per person. Overall service was good and the atmosphere was okay.Wheelchair accessibility: There is Ramps and Handicap park.
