Bistro 19 - Hamburg

Es muss gesagt werden, dass die Terrasse am Golfplatz und der Blick bei Sonnenuntergang unschlagbar sind. Dafür gibt es einen Stern. Das Essen meines Mannes war auch in Ordnung, deshalb gibt es den zweiten Stern. Ich schreibe normalerweise nur positive Bewertungen, aber hier muss ich eine Ausnahme machen. Dieses Bistro ist einfach nicht würdig des ansonsten wirklich großartigen Hotels. Der Service war wirklich schlecht. Es liefen überall Kellner herum, aber wir mussten trotzdem ewig auf die Speisekarte warten, die erst auf Nachfrage gebracht wurde. Der Tisch wurde erst auf Anfrage abgewischt, obwohl er offensichtlich schmutzig war. Generell wurden die Tische nach dem Verlassen der Gäste nicht abgewischt. Überall standen Geschirr und Besteck auf den Tischen. Unsere Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, bevor wir gingen, obwohl wir noch eine ganze Weile nach dem Essen dort saßen. Die Schüssel war wirklich nicht gut, jeder Amateurkoch kann das besser. Die Avocado und die Aubergine waren schon weg, der Quinoa war trocken und klumpig. Der Rest ist essbar, aber geschmacklos. So ein schlechtes Essen zu einem so hohen Preis habe ich noch nie in einem Restaurant gehabt.

Sehr gutes Essen. Wir haben hier dreimal gegessen. Bald wird es eine Bewertung des angeschlossenen Hotels geben. Das Bistro ist auf jeden Fall sehr gut. Die Atmosphäre könnte cooler sein, die Geräte im Raum mit den Fernsehern könnten leiser sein, aber insgesamt ist alles gut.

Gigantische Pizza mit Parmaschinken! Riesig, üppig, köstlich, frisch – meine Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen.
