Bello Vittos - Essex

I used to love this place but eveerything I ordered was horrible. No sauce on pizza, cold cut was saturated with that sour dressing, roll soggy and fell apart, fries under cooked and greecy. Sub had no flavor etc. Really going down hill quickly.

Absolutely terrible experience with this restaurant today. Order was given at 830 a.m., orderer 30-40 min. After an hour he called ETA, he said 5 min. Not yet arrived. 15 minutes later, not yet here, another ETA of 15 minutes was given. Asked for a partial refund, so we can still get our food, they offered $7 on a $26 order, (the height of the tip). We order from this place every week, and this is an absolute terrible way to treat a customer. I even told Ramez he could have called us and let us know that the 30-40 min ETA was now and a half hours. We're three minutes away and we'd pick him up. Never again!

Tonight was my first night eating from this place it was recommended by a friend to taste the cheese steak and the hands down this place has the best cheese steaks in Essex. They won't be disappointed. I usually have no real reviews, but this place deserves a 5-star rating. My new favorite cheese steak spot.

I have already visited 5 times and I simply propose to take out never dine in!!! My brother and I visited and we decided to eat as soon as we set ourselves one of the owners, go out and take a place, beginning to us all the time and he will look away when we look back, it became disturbing. As soon as we leave him and 3/5 times I was there, he's done that. The foods are expensive and taste quite simple, but this is not always bad because you know what to expect. The checkouts are always bright and friendly people that my friend only speak Spanish and a checkout was able to communicate with him who put a huge smile on my face!

This is one of those neighborhood sub shops that are family ran that have delicious cheese steak subs. The sub rolls they use are soft and fresh. I’m not sure if they bake themselves but they are delicious. They have a variety of different foods including salads, sandwiches, quesadillas and tacos ect. Always friendly and consistently good ? ?
