Restaurant bewertenThis steak house was and continues to be a landmark of El Paso. Big steaks and meat, but not much in the way of other options. There is a zoo and a few small hiking trails. We went there in the evening and walked over their premises over the sunset. Great experience as a date night. Not much staff in front of the restaurant. So, your experience outside is essentially self-guided.
I love this place. My husband and I went on a Saturday for date night, there was an hour and half a waiting period. Yeah, it's a long wait, but there's so much to do that time went fast. We've been shopping at the gift shop. We had a few drinks. We're on the grounds. We had a nice walk to the lake. When we sat, we placed our order and the food was delicious. I had a rib with a baked potato and the Nabeby had steak and lobster. Be ready to pay a big bill, but trust me it's worth every penny.
I loved it! Our parents from Arizona, for my dad's birthday, and we ate a storm, Good Shrimp, Beef Tips, Lobster, Steaks and Desert. And it was a nice day for a family dinner. Our waiter Jesse was a great host! And our waitress, who made sure we had filled drinks at any time. Loved to go inside and out.
I heard about this restaurant for a long time, and we drove about 2 hours to get here. Your steaks are great, but the pages are just fine. The service is also good. Overall, it is a good experience to dinate here, prices are reasonable and affordable. I suggest coming here, because it takes about 11.5 hours to get in.
We heard this place was quite the attraction in El Paso, and I can see why! The food was really good, the portions are BIG and they come with plenty of sides. We had Sausage as an appetizer, Rib Eye with veggies and fries, and Pecan Pie with ice cream for dessert, all of them really good! It's a bit far away from the city, but nothing impossible. It has a lot of parking space, a lot of seating space as well, but it can get very busy! So take your time. It was very nice to take a stroll after lunch and look at all the animals they have around the place. It's fun and perfect for a family's day out.
