Papa Johns Pizza - Charlotte

The more experienced staff member provided excellent customer service, which made my experience enjoyable. However, the pizza was still just from Papa John's.

Last night, I ordered pizza for my family, but an hour later when I called to check on the order, I was informed that they couldn't deliver it anymore. Why wasn't this communicated to us from the start? We could have chosen to eat elsewhere in that time. It was just rude.

I had the pleasure of being helped by the sweetest young lady named Kaitlyn. I want to thank her for assisting an old girl like me who isn't fond of using this new phone. She truly made my evening. Blessings to her!

Great location and only place open late to pick up some food after our grandfather was born in the nearby hospital. pizza was delicious and friendly staff that picks up our order. I'm sorry we don't have pictures of the pizza.

About 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza for delivery. Waited for an hour and 20 minutes before calling the store to see what the issue was. The worker said the delivery guy is running late. I said no problem, will it be faster to just come pick it up? He said, yes, and even said of course he would make a new pizza because the original pizza had been sitting there for an hour or more. Get there and my pizza was not remade and was dried out and tough. I asked him if he could refund me because I paid 42 for my meal, Delivery, and tip but didn't get anything delivered or remade. He said of course just like he said when asked if he would make a new pizza. 2 weeks later and no refund. He was never going to help me in the first place. Just sad really. Waste of hard earned money. Avoid this place.
