Restaurant bewertenHonestly Im really sad... my birthday was on Valentine's Day and weeks prior I made reservations at this location... I've celebrated my birthday here many times...well on February 13th while having dinner with a friend and talking about my birthday plans she informed me that this location was actually closed... the scramble to find a place to accommodate my family and myself to celebrate my birthday was frustrating... luckily I found a place at the last minute...
Waited very long time. Brought wrong order Took both meals back to be remade per manager but mine was only reheated and was so dry and fishy I could only eat some of the meal Very disappointed
Dined on a Wednesday evening, not expecting much. Benjamin had the run of the floor but you'd never know it. He was so attentive and took such good care of my husband and I. He discussed my low sodium requirements with the chef and chef was able to prepare my salmon and risotto with minimal salt. It was delicious. Outstanding service from beginning to end. We'll be back and we'll be looking for Benjamin.
The quality and level service cannot just be upheld by the server. The management must have a level of excellence that they strive for while just simply doing what is right. It is never the customers fault that the kitchen is backed up.
While the food was good; mine was a bit over seasoned for my taste, but overall good, this was not an experience we were very happy about. I have a very unusual allergy so made sure to let the server know exactly what it is (peppers) and how serious it is. I let her know to please ensure all parts of my meal were safe for me to eat. I was assured everything was, even when I specifically asked about the “roasted vegetables.” When my dish came out I saw something red on top my broccolini and again asked if she was 100% sure my dish was safe and she again said yes and told me it was tomatoes. Not trusting anything when it come to my health, picked up a piece on the end golf my for to verify and it was, as suspected, red peppers. I understand mistakes happen, but this was my health and safety and it felt like the server just didn't take the concerns seriously enough, or was simply that ignorant of the menu. After that the evening was ruined as I honestly couldn't trust that my safety was ensured even after I sent the dish back. Not a good evening at all.
