Papa Loca - Bissau

What we odered took a quiet longer before we were finally served. I enjoyed the piza though pizza.

American like atmosphere, local and international dishes. I tried the Bica fish and it was good but not the best. They have a good ice cream (not so much sugar) for the local standards

A fast food place revisited. main restaurant under renovation but the little place Papa Loca has built is a nice place. Pizzas and Camarao and the Lasagna we ordered were all good. Hes re building his main restaurant, can definitely expect something good. The only short coming , no fault of theirs , is the foul smelling underground drain outside.. thus hold your breath a bit while outside. Else, everything a fast food place needs to offer and much more.

The grilled chicken with fried potatoes is ok. Bring time patience as far as service staff is concerned... Haven't been there yet since the renovation this year. Hope the rest room situation has been improved too.
