Don’t expect speedy service here. I waited an hour and never got my mobile order. They always close stall service and only allow drive thru. There’s no point in using the app because they can’t manage it.
If I wanted to wait 30 minutes to get my food I would’ve gone to a sit down restaurant. Literally have waited at the speaker in the drive thru for 15 minutes (multiple times) before anyone said a word. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go they are always drive through only. Don’t waste your time here just go to the one on Dean road or go to the McDonalds across the street.
Yikes! Worst sonic experience ever. Peach tea had no peach first try. Next day showed up at 0810 to order friend breakfast . Told they weren’t open yet and they had no clue when they would be open
Worst experience ever at a Sonic. Waited 10 minutes at the pull up space for someone to respond after pressing the red button. They never did. Then chose to drive through the drive through. After I ordered at the speaker, waited another 10 minutes before I made it up to the window. When I got to the window I gave them my payment and was charged for the meal I ordered. I was then told it would be a minute. Once they came back to the window they informed me that they ran out of one of the items I ordered (popcorn chicken) after they had already taken my payment. I agreed to substitute it and was provided the substitution of chicken tenders which was only two! I waited for 20+ minutes only to not get what I wanted and not enough food to feed my kids and ended up driving across the street to Wendy’s. Save yourself time and frustration go elsewhere.
