Mcdonald's - Alexandria

They are not systematic in taking orders. I got my order later than people who were behind me. Got it only after i reminded the person preparing the orders. By looking at it they don't put the tabs in the order they recieve it and they pick and choose which one they should pack first. I have been there standing and watching it. The one packing needs more training.

I did not know they had started charging for sauces there the employee handing out food was talking bad behind the window about me asking for sauces. She was not being respectful. Drive thru

Bad experience! Confused worker at the drive thru window. They refused to change my order. The person at the pick up window always gives attitude when asked for sauces.

Went through the drive thru for lunch. Best McDonald’s I’ve had in a while. Ten piece nuggets were crispy and not fried to death. Fries were crisp on the outside, soft on the inside perfect. And the hot fudge sundae had a lot of hot fudge. The ladies at both windows were nice and polite.

One of the greatest McDonald's in the area. Very quick and friendly team. Out of 10+ completed orders over a year I have never had an issue with accuracy or quality of food. Keep it up!
