• vor 1 JahrWe just had this for dinner also. I stumbled upon a great way to bake grilled cheese. Not only does it more reliably get crispy without burning, but I can make multiple grilled cheeses quickly and it's easy to clean up from. Just preheat the oven to 450°and butter one side of a series of slices of bread. Flip half of them over, top with cheese, and then with the other slices. Bake it for 5 minutes, flip, and then another 5 minutes. I can make 4 sandwiches at a time easily and then have the second batch going in so that by time we're ready for seconds they are just coming out of the oven. Plus, cleanup is a snap. I use aluminum foil on my baking sheet so I just remove it and the pan is clean.
